In a company, there are 4000 employees and the  ratio between the number of males to females  are working in the company is 2:3. The company  has three different departments namely HR,  Marketing and finance. 

The number of females  who work in finance is 20% less than the number  of males who work in marketing and 50 more  than the number of females who work in HR. The  number of males who work in HR is 2/3rd of the  number of males who work in Finance. The total  number of employees are working in HR and  Finance departments is 830 and 1080  respectively. 

1) Find the ratio between the sum of the number  of females who work in HR and Finance  departments to the difference between the  number of males who work in HR and Finance  departments.
